Ingredients 4 Halibut Steaks (4 to 6 oz. each)
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar 1/2 cup fresh Lime Juice 1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil 1 cup sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds
Directions: Combine all ingredients. Marinate halibut steaks for at least 1 hour, making sure both sides are allowed
to marinate. Grill on the barbecue until the halibut flakes when tested with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
