Ingredients 1 Tbsp Butter 1
Tbsp minced Garlic 30-35 large fresh Mushrooms, stems removed 2 cups cooked Crab Meat 1 pkg (4 oz)
Cream Cheese 2 Green Onions, finely chopped Seasoning
Directions Melt the butter in a skillet and add the
garlic. Briefly fry the mushroom caps until lightly browned. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, and green onion. Add seasoning. Mix well. Stuff a
spoonful of the crab mixture in each mushroom cap. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serving size: 4-6.
