Ingredients 2 cups (1 lb) Alaska King Crab meat
1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tsp Olive Oil 6 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 ½ cups
ground Pecans 2 Tbsp Mango Chutney 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Curry Powder 1 cup
shredded dried Coconut
Directions Place mayonnaise in glass or stainless steel bowl, add olive oil in a fine stream, stirring constantly. Continue to stir until the oil
is thoroughly blended into the mayo. Combine the cream cheese with the mayo. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the shredded coconut. Mix thoroughly, and roll into pecan size
balls. Roll the crab puffs in the coconut and serve chilled. Yield: about 30 hors d' oeuvres.
