1 cup (1/2 lb) King Crab Meat, shredded 8 oz Cream Cheese 1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped 1 Tbsp Lime Juice 2 tsp Pickapeppa Sauce 1 clove chopped Garlic 1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese and milk together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well. Gently fold in the crab meat. Serve chilled with buttered
toast triangles or an imaginative concoction of multi-layered cracker treats. Makes 1 ½ cups.
