Place mayonnaise in glass or stainless steel bowl, add olive oil in a fine stream, stirring constantly. Continue to stir until the oil is
thoroughly blended into the mayonnaise. Combine the cream cheese with the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the shredded coconut. Mix thoroughly, and roll into pecan size balls. Roll
the crab puffs in the coconut and serve chilled. Makes about 30 crab puffs.
