Ingredients 2 cups (1 lb) Alaska King Crab
meat 6 Tbsp Butter 1/2 cup finely chopped Red Onion 1/3 cup finely chopped Green
Onion 1 medium Tomato, chopped 1/3 cup finely chopped Celery 1 cup Water 3
medium baking Potatoes, peeled and diced 2 cups Milk 1/4 tsp Tabasco 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions Using a large, heavy pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the red onion, green onions, tomato, and
celery. Cook over low heat for 7 minutes. Increase the heat and bring the water to boiling. Add the potatoes, reduce the heat to simmer, and cool 50 minutes. Stir in
the crab meat and the remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until the soup returns to simmering boil. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
