Seafood Bouillabaisse

Ingredients:
   3 lbs mixed fish (Halibut, Salmon, Cod, etc.)
   1 lb Crab Meat
   1 lb Shrimp; shelled, deveined
   2 dozen Clams, Mussels or Scallops  
   1 large Onion, chopped
   3 stalks Celery, with leaves, chop
   2 cloves Garlic, minced
   1/2 cup Olive Oil

   2 cup Clam Juice
   1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
   3 large Tomatoes, diced
   2 tsp Salt
   1/2 tsp Thyme
   1 Tbsp Paprika
   1/2 cup dry White Wine
   1 pinch Saffron
   1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Put all ingredients, except seafood, in crock pot. Cover and cook on High for 2 to 4 hours. Add seafood. Cover and cook on high for 1 to 3 hours. Serve in heated large bowls garnished with fresh parsley with crusty bread on the side. Yields 6 servings.
