Rinse steaks under cold, running water, then pat dry and set aside. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, paprike, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Stir
well. Brush half of mixture over 1 side of catfish steaks. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on rack and broil 4-5" from heat. Carfully turn catfish over and brush with
remaining tomato mixture. Broil an additional 6 minutes, or until catfish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish broiled catfish steaks with lemon and dill. Makes 4 savory steaks.
