Brush black cod steak with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sesame oil and shoyu. Place over coals and grill for about
7-8 minutes on a side. Blend 1 tablespoon shoyu with honey, dry mustard, and mirin or sake. Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes then taste; add more mustard powder if you like it very hot.
Put sesame seeds in a small bowl, then the mustard sauce in another. Dip black cod in mustard sauce then dab with sesame seeds. Very tasty. Serves 2.
