Sarah's Fry Batter

Ingredients
   2 Eggs
   2 cups of Milk
   Hy's Seasoning Salt
   Flour- See recipe

Directions
Whisk 2 eggs with 2 cups of milk, soak fish or even chicken inside of the batter. Once it is all covered, dredge it in flour, stick it in oiled pan, and cook until finished. Sprinkle with seasoning salt!

Simple... but absolutely delicious!
