Lemon Batter

Ingredients
   1 cup Flour
   1 tsp Baking Powder
   1/2 tsp Salt
   1 Egg, beaten
   3/4 cup cold Water
   juice of 1 Lemon, strained

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add liquid ingredients. Stir until smooth. Makes sufficient amount for two pounds of fish fillets.
