Oyster Stew

Yield: 2 servings


6 fresh shucked Oysters
2 Tbsp Butter
6 oz Half & Half Cream
Salt and White Pepper


Melt butter in a shallow pan. Sauté oysters just until the edges curl. Slowly add cream and seasonings. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve hot. Serve stew with your favorite soup crackers and bread. Garnish with a pinch of paprika and parsley.
