1 Mahi Mahi Fillet (about 2 lb)
1 container Pina Colada Yogurt (8 oz)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Macadamia Nuts (3 1/2 oz)
Place Mahi Mahi fillets in zip-lock bag. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly to coat. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahi mahi in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350°F oven for 25 minutes. Remove to serving platter and sprinkle with toasted macadamia nuts.
