Tangy Lobster

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups Lobster Meat
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/3 cup Butter
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients, except lobster, in top part of double boiler. Melt butter mixture over hot water; stir to blend well. Cut lobster in small pieces; add to mixture and cook 6 minutes. Serve on toast with lemon wedges.
