Shipping and Packaging

 When is the best time to order a Holiday gift box?
As early as possible. Although we will be shipping as late as December 22nd (for those last-minute shoppers) our selection will likely be much smaller than it is earlier in the season. More importantly, FedEx is quite "buried" by that last week, and this is the time that delays are most likely to happen. Delays are not good when one is shipping perishable seafood. If it gets to be the last minute, we recommend a ship date of December 27th or later (after Christmas, but still before New Years).

 How is shipping calculated?
Seafood from the Fish Market is calculated by the pound and added at the end of the checkout process. Gift boxes have shipping included in their presented prices. Multiple gift boxes will be recalculate at checkout based on combined weight, thereby saving you money.

 Can you put a message in the gift box for me?
Yes. We offer that as a standard service with every order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Online orders receive order confirmation and invoice email at the time of each order. Each order also receives shipping confirmation emails on the day of shipment which includes the order's tracking number. As a safeguard, Fisherman's Express also tracks all packages to insure proper delivery.
