Our Citrus Pepper salmon fillets are conveniently marinated with our special mix of citrus seasoning, cayenne pepper, red pepper, olive oil, and paprika making them very easy to prepare and serve.

Serving Sizes

When serving salmon fillets, about 1/3 to 1/2 pound per person is a good portion size. Salmon with higher oil content is often more rich and a smaller portion may be necessary.

Storing and Thawing

To thaw flash-frozen our marinated salmon fillets, place them in refrigerator for a day. Because they are vacuum-sealed you can also run cold water over sealed fillets to speed up the thawing process. Quickly rinse salmon prior to preparing it. Left-over salmon should be refrigerated and used within a couple of days.

Packaging and Portion Sizes

Our marinated salmon fillets are flash-frozen and individually vacuum-sealed for your convenience. They can be stored in your freezer for several months. Fillets are boneless, and range from 1/3 to 1 lb. packages. Full-size fillets are often available during the summer months as well.

Boneless Fillets - Pin Bone Out

Fillets are deboned with our pinbone machine, then examined by trained inspectors. We do our best to remove all bones, "so that you don't have to". However, it is possible that we could miss a bone.
