Packaging and Portion Sizes

Our King salmon burger meat is flash-frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in one pound packages for your convenience. It can be stored in your freezer for several months.

Storing and Thawing

To thaw flash-frozen King salmon meat, place it in refrigerator for a day. Because it is vacuum-sealed you can also run cold water over sealed packages to speed up the thawing process. Left-over salmon meat should be refrigerated and used within a couple of days.
