When crab is caught it is cooked and frozen to capture its quality. All you have to do is reheat
our crab before serving. There are several ways this can be done including steaming, boiling, baking, and grilling. If your steaming or boiling pots are too small for long crab legs to fit in, you can
snap the legs in half at their joints easily. If you're going to put them in the oven to reheat them, we recommend that you put a small amount of water in the pan to ensure that they legs stay moist. If
your going to grill them on an outside barbecue, we recommend that you wrap them in foil and add a small amount of water within the foil package to keep them moist. One thing to remember: Do not overcook
your crab as they meat will lose it's tenderness and there is the possibility of the meat becoming dry. You can also browse our large collection of crab recipes too look for cooking ideas.
