King crab cakes are made from real king crab and rock crab. They also include bread crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, crab base, mayonnaise, spices, and parsley. They are best prepared by deep-frying from a frozen state. They can also be pan fried to a crispy gold brown as well.
