Crab Cakes

With one of our main specialties being Alaska king crab, it's not surprising that we also make some delicious crab cakes.

Combining real king crab, rock crab, and wholesome ingredients,  we've worked our recipes to perfection giving them a delectable crabby flavor.

Crab Cake Ingredients

All of our crab cakes are made from traditional ingredients including bread crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, crab base, mayonnaise, spices, and parsley. Our appetizer size Alaska crab cakes include king crab, rock crab, and surimi.

Storing and Thawing

Frozen crab cakes can be stored in the freezer for several months. They are best prepared starting from their frozen form and not thawed.

Jumbo cakes are perfect for crab cake sandwiches, being 5 ounces each. They are packaged in 4-packs and sealed freezer bags.
