Harlequin Rice with Crab Meat

Yield: 4-6 servings


1 lb King Crab Meat
1/2 lb Sausage, ground
1 cup Rice, uncooked
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 cups Water
1/8 tsp Curry Powder
2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
1 medium-sized Green Pepper, chopped
1 cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp Green Onion, minced


Cut king crab into 2 inch pieces. In a large skillet, crumble and brown the sausage. Add rice and garlic; sauté until rice is golden brown. Add water and curry powder; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
