Yield: 8-10 servings
2 cups Crab Meat, cooked
30-35 fresh, large Mushrooms, stems removed
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 (4 oz) package Cream Cheese
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic. Briefly fry the mushroom caps until lightly browned. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, and green onion. Add seasoning & mix well. Stuff mushroom caps with a spoonful of the crab mixture each. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
