Crab Knuckles (Shoulder Sections)

Crab shoulder sections, or "knuckles" are an excellent value, and shucking them is a great way to get crab meat for making crab cakes, crab dips, or 'crab roll' sandwiches. Crab shoulder sections or "knuckles" can be broken open by hand, without the use of shelling tools. Crab knuckles don't have any spines - so you'll be able to easily shuck the tender chunks of  'lump' crab meat from them.
