Storing - Fresh Alaskan Blue King crab legs can be stored in your refrigerator and should be consumed within 2 to 3 days. Prior to heating, store your fresh king crab in a shallow pan or tray on the bottom shelf of your refrigerator.

Packaging - Our fresh Alaskan Blue King crab legs & claws are wrapped in butcher paper, then wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure high quality and freshness during shipment.
How Much to Order - 2 pounds of king crab will serve 2 to 3 people easily if you're serving with additional entrees. If you're having a crab feast or are serving a group of crab lovers, 5 pounds would be good for 3 people. Usually around 1 1/2 per person is a good starting point.
King Crab is low in fat and calories, and is an excellent source of protein being much leaner than the same amount of beef.
